Privacy Statement and Security Policy
Wholesale Flag is committed to protecting the security of
your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and
procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access,
use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide
on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled
facilities. When we transmit highly confidential information (such as a credit
card number or password) over the Internet, we protect it through the use of
encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
If a password is used to help protect your accounts and
personal information, it is your responsibility to keep your password
confidential. Do not share this information with anyone. If you are sharing a
computer with anyone you should always choose to log out before leaving a site
or service to protect access to your information from subsequent users.
Cookies and Web Beacons
The Wholesale Flag website uses "cookies" to enable you to
sign in to our services. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your
hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies contain information that can later be
read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. Cookies cannot
be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer.
The Wholesale Flag website uses cookies to store your
preferences and other information on your computer in order to save you time by
eliminating the need to repeatedly enter the same information and to display
your personalized content.
When you sign in to a site using your credentials, Wholesale Flag stores your unique ID number, and the time you signed in, in an
encrypted cookie on your hard disk. This cookie allows you to move from page to
page at the site without having to sign in again on each page. When you sign
out, these cookies are deleted from your computer.
You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web
browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser
setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you
may not be able to sign in or use other features on the Wholesale Flag website
that depend on cookies.
Use of Personal Information
Wholesale Flag collects and uses your personal information
to operate and improve its site and deliver the services or carry out the
transactions you have requested. These uses may include providing you with more
effective customer service; making the site or services easier to use by
eliminating the need for you to repeatedly enter the same information;
performing research and analysis aimed at improving our products, services and
technologies; and displaying content and advertising that are customized to your
interests and preferences. We also use your personal information to communicate
with you. We may send certain mandatory service communications such as welcome
letters, information on technical service issues, and security announcements.
Management of Personal Information
Wholesale Flag will keep account information available
through the secure user portal. This account is intended to be used to provide
secure downloads for customer purchases. The account will remain active for a
period of 90 days after a particular purchase. During this period, the customer
will be able to update personal information for future purchases. After the
period of 90 days, the account will be placed in an inactive status. The process
of reactivation will prompt the customer to review and update their personal
information prior to making another purchase. Credit card numbers and expiration
dates are not retained by the account management system.
Disclosure of Personal Information
Wholesale Flag discloses your personal information directly
to you upon your request; provided, however, that we may reject all or part of
your request when Wholesale Flag deems it appropriate at our sole discretion.
Sharing of Personal Information
Wholesale Flag may receive personally identifiable
information either from you directly or from our partner or supplier who
provides us with the personal information to fulfill a service to you on their
behalf. In some circumstances, personal information that Wholesale Flag receives
from you directly may be provided to our partners or suppliers in order for them
to fulfill a service to us for your benefit or directly to you. We may also
provide your information in order to register your purchase with the
manufacturer or service provider for warranty, technical support or similar
purposes.
Wholesale Flag also employs other companies to provide
services to us in connection with your transaction. We do use companies to
process credit card payments, deliver packages, send mail, analyze data, provide
marketing aid and assistance, provide customer service, and otherwise provide
services to us to enable us to serve you and enhance our services. These
organizations may have access to personal information as required to permit them
to perform their obligations to us. Personal information may be stored and
processed in the United States or any other country in which Wholesale Flag or
its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents or partners maintain offices, and you
consent to any transfer of this information outside of the country in which you
reside by your use of this site.
Wholesale Flag may be required to respond to subpoenas,
court orders or be asked to respond to other legitimate requests for your
personal information from appropriate law enforcement or governmental
authorities. We will not provide you with notice of such requests. In such
situations, we will release personally identifiable information to third parties
when we believe it is appropriate for us to do so in order to comply with the
law or to protect against fraud. We will also release such information:
(a) To cooperate with law enforcement or other governmental investigations
(without necessarily requiring the law enforcement or government agency
requesting the information to formally serve us with a subpoena);
(b) To comply with all valid court orders or subpoenas;
(c) To protect the legal rights of Wholesale Flag, its employees and our
users;
(d) When we believe it is needed for fraud protection and/or credit risk
reduction; and/or,
(e) To protect the personal safety of our employees, agents, other users
or the public in general.
Wholesale Flag also reserves the right to report to such
entities any activities that we believe to be unlawful. Any such report of the
activities outline in (a) through (e) will be made without prior notice to you,
and you consent to such disclosure by us.
In the event Wholesale Flag merges with another entity, is
acquired by another entity, or enters into a business combination with another
entity, Wholesale Flag may be required to disclose some or all of your personally
identifiable information to that entity to continue serving you.
Wholesale Flag is not in the business of selling, trading or
renting personal information. We will not use or share your personally
identifiable information with others except those individuals or entities which
have a business relationship with Wholesale Flag.
Personal Information Collection
Customers who buy through the Wholesale Flag system are
shopping on a secure server which encrypts customer’s credit card information
and passwords. This makes it difficult, if not impossible, for a third party to
access or use your personal information in an unauthorized manner.
Wholesale Flag has developed its service with security as a
top priority. We use firewalls to help prevent access to information in our
system and Secure Socket Layers (“SSL”) to encrypt your personal information and
protect it from disclosure, destruction, modification, or use.
Customer Opt-Out
You can decide whether or not to provide personal
information to Wholesale Flag. However, if you do not provide personal
information you may not be able to make purchases, enlist services or access
certain offers or options that may be of benefit to you. At the time you provide
your information, we will offer you a choice as to whether or not you wish to
receive further communications about special offers, product information, or
other marketing messages. We may provide this information to our business
partners and suppliers. If you choose not to receive these communications, we
will not use your personally identifiable information for this purpose.
You may choose to unsubscribe from notices of special
offers described in the preceding paragraph. Wholesale Flag provides you with the
ability to unsubscribe at any time by emailing us at

Wholesale Flag may amend this Privacy Statement from
time-to-time. We will notify you of such amendments or changes by updating the
